Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking an experienced M&A Senior Consultant for Cloud and Infrastructure solutions to advise on large-scale transformations and separations across Europe. You will define approaches, shape solutions, and guide execution, translating business needs into scalable technology-enabled outcomes for cloud and infrastructure domains.

Qualifications

• 6+ years’ experience in IT project management, IT infrastructure and IT consulting.
• Excellent written and verbal English; German or other European language a plus.
• Willing to travel across the EU (up to 20%).

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end technology workstreams in transformations and M&A deals.
• Contribute to technology strategy and architecture, including separation and integration.
• Coordinate infrastructure projects and manage client relationships, including C-level.
• Develop client deliverables with strong executive storytelling.
• Identify opportunities for automation and AI-driven improvements.
