Job summary
Accenture Infrastructure and Capital Projects, LLC seeks an experienced Strategy professional to partner with global software and platform clients, shaping strategic initiatives across product growth, operations, and platform services. You will drive end-to-end business reinvention and translate market trends into client-ready insights.
With 4+ years in strategy consulting or software industries, you will apply AI fluency, lead client workshops, and influence senior stakeholders across Europe,
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, economics, engineering, or a related field.
- 4+ years of professional experience within:
- Strategy consulting environment and/or Software & platforms companies (SaaS, cloud, marketplaces)
- AI & Digital fluency: experience with Generative AI tools, data modeling, prompt engineering or agentic workflows
- Platform Industry Knowledge: SaaS, digital marketplaces or platform operations
- Strong Analytical Skills: transform data into strategic insights
- Communication & Workshop Facilitation: ability to run client workshops/interviews
- Client Engagement & Influence: work with senior client teams to solve problems
- Awareness of partner and developer ecosystem dynamics; co-sell and marketplace strategies
- Language Skills: fluent English; additional European language an asset
- Mobility: willingness to travel across Europe as required
Responsibilities
- Partner with global software and platform clients to design and implement strategic initiatives across product growth, operations, and platform services.
- Support end-to-end business reinvention projects, identifying opportunities to streamline operations, optimize costs, and transform client operating models.
- Develop and apply understanding of software industry trends, translating market happenings into client implications.
- Help clients identify, assess, and implement AI-driven solutions (including agentic workflows and automated reporting) to optimize internal processes and productivity.
- Support advisory projects focused on digital marketplaces, trust & safety operations, product-led growth, or go-to-market strategy.
- Lead workstreams on complex projects from initial diagnostic through to strategic design and implementation roadmap planning.
- Contribute to the creation of client proposals, POVs, and other strategic materials.
- Develop trusted relationships with clients by delivering value, sharing industry expertise, and identifying opportunities for additional business impact.
