Job summary

PwC Poland’s Mergers & Acquisitions team comprises over 40 specialists and stands as a leading advisory group for Poland and the CEE region. You will oversee sell-side and buy-side projects, supervise strategy and documentation, and coordinate senior-level client negotiations.

You will direct financial modelling, present to clients and executives, and foster long-term client relationships while seeking new opportunities. Polish and English fluency is required; the role offers a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in M&A, Corporate Finance, or transaction advisory, in a managerial or senior role.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills with ability to translate complex analyses into recommendations.
• Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills with advanced modelling and presentation capabilities.
• Full professional proficiency in Polish and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage M&A projects (sell-side / buy-side) across industries, guiding strategy and execution.
• Oversee preparation and finalization of high-quality transaction documentation.
• Lead business valuation analyses and supervise the analytical team.
• Coordinate creation and review of sophisticated financial models to support investment decisions.
• Deliver presentations and negotiations with clients, investors, and exec boards.
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships while pursuing new opportunities.
• Represent the firm at industry events to strengthen market position.
