Job summary

Accenture Strategy’s Global Network, M&A and Private Equity Consulting team is seeking a senior professional to shape and execute complex transactions for PE investors and corporate clients across Europe. You will drive multi-disciplinary workstreams, define concrete delivery plans, and partner with business, functional, and technology leaders to deliver measurable deal value.

The role emphasizes post-deal delivery, governance, and value creation through end-to-end deal lifecycle experience,

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Functional M&A or Tech/IT M&A with leadership in due diligence, integration, separation, or value creation engagements.
• Proven post-deal delivery experience including Day 1 readiness, integration, and TSA transition.
• IMO/SMO governance capabilities: coordination, RAID management, steering cadence, and exec reporting.
• Deep functional expertise in Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, HR, IT or Commercial.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams across M&A and PE engagements including pre-deal diligence, deal execution, Day 1 readiness, integration, and value creation.
• Translate challenges into structured plans with actionable insights and client-ready recommendations.
• Plan and execute cross-functional Day 1 readiness, integration, and separation programs across business and IT.
