Concentrix is seeking a customer service professional to respond to inquiries about Volkswagen Group offerings. You will maintain clear documentation of interactions in the CRM, and collaborate with colleagues to enhance the customer experience.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in call center or customer service, strong communication in French (C1) and English (B2), and a passion for the automotive sector. This is a remote, full-time role with comprehensive benefits and training.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role.
• Strong communication skills, with a minimum C1 level in French.
• Very good knowledge of English language, minimum B2 level for internal communication, documentation & training.

Responsibilities

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email.
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Stay updated on Volkswagen Group’s latest offerings, policies, and services to provide accurate information.
• Exhibit warmth and enthusiasm in every customer interaction.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues using knowledge of automotive and digital products.
