Qualifications

• Native or fluent Spanish (spoken and written)
• Valid EU passport (mandatory)
• Interest in automotive industry with a customer-centric mindset
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Spanish

• Proficient with digital tools and willing to learn automotive software

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for Mercedes-Benz owners, providing an unparalleled customer experience.
• Assist customers with technical inquiries, vehicle specifications, and service scheduling with professional precision.
• Manage automotive service documentation and customer account updates within internal CRM systems.
• Resolve complex automotive-related inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
