Job summary

Çalık Enerji, a leading energy company, invites a logistics professional to join our Poland team. You will prepare, verify, and manage all critical documents, coordinate with forwarders and carriers, and monitor shipments to minimize disruptions.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in logistics, strong Excel skills, and fluency in Polish and English. SAP knowledge is a plus and you will report to the Logistics Manager in Warsaw.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in logistics or forwarding operations.
• Good problem-solving skills, agile and analytical thinking mindset.
• Fluency in Polish and English (both spoken and written).
• Knowledge of MS Excel; SAP knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, verify, and manage all critical logistics documentation, including Bill of Lading (B/L), CMR, Packing Lists, and Commercial Invoices.
• Partner with forwarders, carriers and customs brokers to secure bookings and track shipments.
• Proactively resolve transport delays, documentation discrepancies, or operational bottlenecks to minimize business disruption.
• Maintain accurate shipment tracking logs and prepare regular logistics performance reports for management.
