Job summary

SANY Group in Poland is seeking an experienced logistics professional to manage international shipments for machinery and spare parts. You will coordinate with freight forwarders, brokers, and internal sales to ensure on-time delivery and accurate documentation.

The role requires strong organization, clear communication, and proficiency in MS Excel, with knowledge of ERP or TMS systems. English and Polish fluency are essential; Chinese language is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years in international freight forwarding, logistics coordination, or import/export operations (heavy equipment or machinery a plus).
• Knowledge: multimodal transport (Sea/Rail/Land), shipping documentation, and basic customs procedures.

Responsibilities

• Track and follow up on active international shipments to ensure delivery schedules.
• Monitor transit milestones and proactively update internal teams on arrival timelines.
• Organize and audit logistics documentation: Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading, and Customs forms.
• Coordinate with customs brokers and transport companies for smooth clearance.
• Serve as daily point of contact for freight forwarders, carriers, and internal teams.
• Communicate shipment statuses and delivery requirements clearly to all stakeholders.
• Monitor and control transport costs.
• Assist in monitoring inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities:

3. Organize, and audit logistics documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading (B/L), and Customs Clearance forms.
4. Coordinate directly with customs brokers and transport companies to ensure smooth customs clearance.
5. Serve as the daily point of contact for freight forwarders, carriers, local transport agencies, and internal sales teams.
6. Ensure accurate communication of shipment statuses and delivery requirements.
7. Monitor and control transport cost
8. Assist in monitoring inventory levels

Qualifications & Skills

1. Experience: 2+ years in international freight forwarding, logistics coordination, or import/export operations (experience with heavy equipment or machinery is a strong plus).
2. Knowledge: Familiarity with multimodal transport (Sea/Rail/Land), shipping documentation, and basic customs procedures.
3. Skills: Excellent organization, strong problem-solving, clear communication, and proficiency in MS Excel; familiar with ERP or TMS.
4. Languages: Fluent English and Polish, Chinese is a plus.
