Job summary

Çalık Enerji is seeking a Junior Time & Attendance Specialist for the Kozienice 1300 MW project site in Poland. You will monitor daily clock-ins, track attendance, and support payroll processes, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with company procedures.

You will compile attendance reports, verify presence records from various systems, and help maintain orderly documentation while collaborating with the HR and site teams on timekeeping tasks.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Timekeeping and attendance: monitor clock-ins, update records, verify data from systems, record absences and schedule changes.
• Overtime monitoring: track, review, and report overtime; flag unauthorized hours.
• Payroll support: prepare monthly attendance data and verify absence documentation for payroll processing.
• Documentation and records: maintain, archive, and verify attendance records in compliance with procedures.

We are looking for a “Junior Time & Attendance Specialist” for our Çalık Enerji / Enea Kozienice 1300 MW Combined Cycle Power Plant Project;

Work Location: Kozienice, Poland

Work Type: Full-Time/Project Site

Responsibilities:

1. Timekeeping and Attendance Monitoring

• Monitor and track employees’ daily clock-in and clock-out records.
• Prepare and update daily attendance records.
• Verify data obtained from turnstile systems, access card systems, or biometric attendance systems.
• Record absenteeism, late arrivals, early departures, and shift changes.
• Prepare reports.
• Record job location changes, daily manpower and attendance shift changes, and departmental transfers.

2. Overtime Monitoring

• Track overtime records based on approvals received from relevant supervisors and managers.
• Review overtime forms and enter approved records into the system.
• Report any unauthorized overtime records to the relevant department managers.

3. Payroll Process Support

• Prepare monthly attendance and timekeeping data for payroll processing.
• Review reasons for absences and verify supporting documentation for missing workdays.

4. Documentation and Record Management

• Maintain and archive attendance and timekeeping records in an organized manner.
• Retain signed attendance sheets and supporting documentation.
• Verify the accuracy of employee attendance and working time records.
• Ensure that all records are maintained and stored in compliance with company procedures and record retention requirements.

Qualifications:

• Minimum high school diploma.
• Practical knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
• Detail-oriented, with strong communication, problem-solving, monitoring, and tracking skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
