Job summary

Alianza Logistics is seeking a professional with experience in road freight to develop business and relationships within the Polish transport sector.

This 100% remote, full-time role focuses on expanding client and carrier networks, identifying new opportunities, negotiating rates, and coordinating with subcontracted carriers to ensure profitability.

Qualifications

• Experience in road freight, freight forwarding, transport agencies or logistics companies in Poland.
• Strong commercial profile and experience in business development within the transport sector.
• Active professional relationships with clients and/or carriers.
• Experience in subcontracting transport and rate negotiation.
• Knowledge of Wtransnet, TIMOCOM or other freight exchanges.
• Ability to work independently and with a strong results-oriented mindset.
• English is a plus.
