Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent education.
• Advanced Excel skills and MS Office proficiency.
• Excellent English written and spoken; German/French/Italian language skills beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develop alternative logistics plans and contingencies.
• Perform analytics and reporting using MS Excel.
• Assist with contract negotiations and vendor management.
• Coordinate operations with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs by Vendors.
• Support logistics exception management and ad hoc transports.
• Contribute to KPI reporting and project execution.
• Gather business requirements and data under supervision.
