SHEIN is hiring for an operations role focused on warehouse and network risk management, escalations, and data-driven decision support. The candidate will coordinate across warehouses, Flow teams, and IT, ensuring timely actions and clear incident handling.

Requirements include experience in warehouse/logistics coordination, strong Excel reporting, and professional English. The role offers on-site work with comprehensive benefits and shift patterns as described.

Qualificações

• Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, fulfilment, transport, or supply chain coordination.
• Strong ability to work with real-time operational data and make structured recommendations.
• Good Excel and reporting skills; Power BI or similar tools are advantageous.
• Professional English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor warehouse and network-level risks related to backlog, capacity, staffing, replenishment, systems, transport, and service performance.
• Coordinate operational escalations between warehouses, Flow teams, Warehouse Managers, Transport, IT, Planning, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure escalations contain clear data, business impact, ownership, timing, and recommended actions.
• Support live incident management and maintain communication until operations restore stability.
• Review testing requests and confirm scope, risks, rollback plans, monitoring, and stop criteria.
• Support selection of testing windows based on volume, staffing, backlog, and priorities.
• Maintain escalation logs, incident records, handovers, action trackers, and post-incident reviews.
• Identify recurring risks and propose improvements to alerting and escalation processes.
• Support the Control Tower Lead with reporting on incidents, trends, capacity risks, and service-impacting events.
