Job summary

3M is seeking a Global Logistics Industrial Engineer to advance international logistics performance. You will lead control tower integration, optimize 3PL contracts, and drive measurable productivity and cost improvements across transportation and logistics operations.

You will partner with IT, Finance, Manufacturing, and regional teams to ensure scalable, data-driven solutions that deliver real business value, while continuing to grow in a global, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field completed before start.
• Minimum 5 years in logistics, transportation or related areas.
• Experience with SAP TM, TMS, WMS and ERP systems.
• Strong data analytics and visualization skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead transportation control tower integration across carriers, shipments, and 3PLs.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and exception management routines.
• Support 3PL excellence, including contract standardization and scorecards.
• Validate and deploy standardized performance programs for international transport.
• Apply IE, modeling, AI and optimization to improve execution and costs.
