Job summary

MANTECH seeks a motivated Logistics Analyst II to join our vehicle sustainment team in Jaworznÿa Slaska, Poland. The role supports global vehicle families under ALECS and involves logistics coordination, documentation, and process improvements.

Preferred candidates have substantial GCSS‑A and SSA operations experience, with readiness for potential US or CONUS transfers and a US Public Trust clearance. The compensation range highlights market-based pay for this position.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience.
• 3+ years of experience using GCSS‑A (warehouse).
• Experience in receipt, accountability, and inventory of equipment and spare parts.
• Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screening; must have a valid Driver’s License, a High School Diploma or GED, and a Passport valid for at least one year beyond start date.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and coordinate the logistical functions.
• Record, maintain, and initiate work order documentation for acquisition of component items from vendors.
• Pack, ship, receive, and transport parts and equipment.
• Maintain system baselines and documentation for inventory and requisition supplies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure complete and functioning systems meeting requirements.
• Recommend and implement process and policy improvements.
