Job summary

Spektrum is seeking a Logistics Support Specialist to coordinate and execute logistics functions on site in Bydgoszcz, Poland. The role involves handling supply life cycles, inventories, and transport planning across NATO-related projects.

Ideal candidates will have a logistics background, valid heavy vehicle licenses, and training such as NOSS, with experience in international or defense environments being a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics management and planning.
• Must hold Light Vehicle Driver license; C and E license.
• NOSS training or equivalent certification.
• Desireable NATO/international organization experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute logistics functions per ACE and Battalion Directives.
• Support supply life cycle for equipment including accountability, requisitions, storage, inventories, distribution.
• Develop transport load lists and equipment inventories; report surveys.
• Provide supply technical assistance and on-the-job training to other supply specialists.
• Ensure loading security of equipment/containers per host nation and international regulations.
• Assist Section Head in managing and supervising the logistics section.
• Act as NOSS operator and drive vehicles >3.5 tonnes for short distances.
