Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a Senior Logistics Management Specialist to support Army Sustainment Command in Zagan, Poland, on a contract with CONUS and OCONUS assignments.

The role requires an active DoD Secret clearance, US citizenship, and a strong background in logistics, procurement, and program management. You will develop, review, and maintain LOGCAP related packets, provide briefing support, and monitor contractor performance to support mission readiness.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret Clearance
• US Citizenship
• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 5+ years of logistics/ acquisition experience or a High School Diploma with 10+ years of related experience
• Experience with pre-award procurement activities (requirements, revisions to PWS, procurement planning)
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain LOGCAP contract requirements packets and review for completeness and accuracy
• Provide status reports and updates to Government on requirements and schedules
• Offer technical assistance and briefings to customers and staff on requirements packets and validation processes
• Analyze contractor estimates/proposals for project planning and change proposals
• Monitor theater logistical priorities and participate in daily operations and meetings
• Lead portions of meetings in support of logistics requirements
• Maintain liaison with stakeholders and program staff across AOR/PMO
• Prepare monitoring reports, briefings and information papers on performance and schedules
• Assess evolving missions or changes in the operating environment and recommend PWS revisions
• Research emerging policies and directives impacting logistics and procurement
