Job summary

VECTOR SYNERGY sp. z o.o., based in Poznań with operations in Bydgoszcz, seeks a qualified logistics professional to coordinate and execute NATO-aligned logistics functions. The role requires valid Light Vehicle and C/E licenses, and completion of NOSS training.

You will support supply life cycle for equipment, maintain vehicle electronics and IT assets, and help develop transport load lists and inventories. Experience in NATO or international organizations is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have Light Vehicle Driver license.
• A Full C and E (Heavy Goods with Towed Heavy Trailer) driver license.
• Must have completed NOSS (including ROSS, PAM and MCMS module) training.
• Experience in NATO working environment or other international organizations.

Responsibilities

• Being responsible for the co-ordination and execution of logistics functions in accordance with ACE and Battalion Directives.
• Assisting in providing all functions to care and assure the supply life cycle support for the company's equipment, including accountability, requisitions, storage, inventories, distribution, and providing the material necessary for the maintenance of vehicles, electronics devices, computers, etc.
• Being responsible for developing transport load lists, deployed equipment inventories and report of survey documents.
