Job summary

Serco is seeking a Senior Logistics Management Specialist to support Army Sustainment Command (ASC) in Zagan, Poland. You will develop and review requirements packets, lead briefings, and monitor contractor performance while maintaining DoD security and traveling as needed.

The role requires a DoD Secret clearance, US citizenship, a Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of logistics experience, and the ability to work onsite five days a week with up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret Clearance required or ability to obtain.
• U.S. citizenship is a prerequisite.
• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of Army logistics/Acquisition experience or 10 years with HS diploma.
• Experience with pre-award procurement activities and tracking master schedules.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain LOGCAP contract requirement packets; ensure completeness.
• Provide status updates to Government on requirements and schedules.
• Lead briefings, training, and information sessions for customers and staff.
• Analyze contractor estimates/proposals for PPRs and change proposals.
• Monitor theater logistics priorities through daily operations and meetings.
• Maintain liaison with requiring activities, contractors, and program staff.
• Prepare monitoring reports and information papers on schedules and metrics.
