Job summary

EMW in Bydgoszcz, Poland, seeks a qualified logistics professional to join its NATO movement and ground logistics activities. The role covers planning, coordinating deployments, and supporting movement execution for exercises and operations, with occasional short-notice deployments.

The candidate must hold active NATO SECRET clearance, a degree in logistics or related field, and experience in transportation movement planning and LOGFAS courses.

Qualifications

• Active NATO SECRET security clearance is required.
• Bachelor degree in Logistics with 3 years post-related experience, or secondary education with 5 years post-related experience.
• Strong knowledge of transportation movement planning.
• Experience in branch/operations staff with knowledge of transportation movement planning.
• LOGFAS A0223 Movement execution and coordination or the equivalent.
• LOGFAS A0224 LOGFAS strategic deployment and movement planning or ADAMS Basic Course.
• LOGFAS A0254 Fundamentals and data operator or LOGFAS M&T fundamental course.
• English: NATO level 3333 (STANAG 6001) in listening, speaking, reading and writing.

Responsibilities

• Develop movement plans and coordinate deployable units.
• Assist in preparing orders for deployment, operations and exercises for the Battalion.
• Coordinate implementation of future movement requirements.
• Deploy for exercises and operations with C2RCC.
• Coordinate logistics with ACO and Battalion directives.
• Maintain LOGFAS FPH and prepare DDPs.
• Drive a vehicle up to 3.5 tonnes with passengers when required.
