Job summary

EMW in Bydgoszcz, Poland, is seeking a Staff Assistance Service for Ground Logistics in the Maintenance and Support Company. The role coordinates logistics functions according to ACE and Battalion directives and supports the supply life cycle for equipment, including accountability, requisitions, storage, inventories, and distribution.

The position requires active NATO SECRET clearance, secondary education with related experience, and a full C/E license.

Qualifications

Active NATO SECRET security clearance required.
Secondary education with ~2 years of related logistics experience.
Experience in logistics management and supply life cycle support.
Ability to develop transport load lists and inventories.
English language skills at NATO level 3322 (STANAG 6001).

Responsibilities

Coordinate and execute logistics functions per ACE and Battalion directives.
Support supply life cycle activities: accountability, requisitions, storage, inventories, distribution.
Develop transport load lists and equipment inventories; report survey docs.
Provide supply technical assistance and on-the-job training to staff.
Ensure loading security compliant with host nation and international regs.
Assist Section Head in managing the logistic support section.
Act as NOSS operator; drive vehicle >3.5 tonnes with passengers for short distances.
