Our operational footprint in Poland is expanding rapidly, now supporting more than 2,500 colleagues. To maintain high‑quality service delivery and absolute operational excellence across this growing team, we need to ensure our backend HR administration and employee lifecycle processes remain seamless, consistent and fully compliant.
As such, we are hiring a People Delivery Administrator (m/f/d) to manage day‑to‑day HR processes, contract administration, and absence tracking for our Poland‑based teams using Workday, Enova and Jira. In this role, you handle everything from onboarding to offboarding, maintain accurate employee records, cooperate closely with Payroll and Talent Acquisition, and support benefits administration.
You work towards establishing best practices in People Delivery/Operations, driving continuous data accuracy and process improvements.
