Job summary

Amer Sports Kraków is hiring a Senior Logistics Project Lead to drive European warehouse implementations, automation, and continuous improvement across our network. You will coordinate with operations, IT, procurement, brands and partners to deliver scalable solutions and manage complex, multi-country projects.

You will take ownership of scope, timelines, risks, and KPIs, travel regularly to implement initiatives and share progress with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in logistics, warehousing and/or project management.
• Strong understanding of warehouse and logistics processes.
• Experience in warehouse implementation, transformation, optimization or automation projects.
• Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders across international organizations.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.
• Willingness to travel regularly.

What you need to succeed

• 5+ years of professional experience in logistics, warehousing and/or project management, with solid knowledge of warehouse and logistics processes.
• Strong understanding of warehouse and logistics processes, ideally gained through experience in a warehouse environment
• Experience in warehouse implementation, transformation, optimization or automation projects is a strong plus.
• Experience managing complex projects and multiple stakeholders across international organizations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to work with brands, IT teams, senior stakeholders and external partners.
• A structured, analytical and hands‑on approach, with the ability to manage complexity and drive topics independently.
• Good understanding of IT systems; experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP EWM, WMS or WCS is a plus.
• Fluent English is essential; German is a plus.
• Willingness to travel regularly.
