Job summary

SAP is seeking an entry-level HR support professional to assist in delivering in-person HR services in Warsaw, Poland. You will help employees navigate onboarding, policy inquiries, and day-to-day HR processes under guidance from senior colleagues.

You will document local HR processes, support knowledge management, and help prepare communications and initiatives. You will learn how global programs are localized for country compliance and operational practice.

Qualifications

• You have at least 1 year of experience in HR or a related people-focused environment.
• Foundational understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle.
• Experience with ticketing or case management systems to support employee inquiries and HR operations.
• Awareness of onboarding, employment documentation, and basic labor law requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of in-person HR services and onboarding.
• Document and maintain local HR processes and assist knowledge management.
• Prepare materials for employee communications and HR initiatives.
• Localization of global HR programs and policies to meet country-specific compliance requirements.
