Job summary

Frontiers Media SA in Warsaw seeks an experienced Country Human Resources Advisor to support managers and staff across Poland on a wide range of People topics. You will provide practical HR guidance through the employee lifecycle, focusing on employee relations, Polish labour law, performance management, compensation, onboarding, and local processes.

You will work closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and Compensation to ensure global practices align with local context, and act

Qualifications

• Broad HR counsel across Poland; employee lifecycle focus.
• Experience with employee relations, labour law, performance & onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR guidance to managers and employees in Poland.
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters and grievances.
• Monitor Polish labour law changes and advise HR on implications.
• Represent Frontiers with local authorities on HR matters.
• Collaborate with HRBP, Talent Acquisition and Compensation on country-specific processes.
• Coordinate annual salary reviews for non-managerial staff in Poland.
• Support onboarding and local integration of new employees.
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure confidentiality.
