Société Générale in Warsaw is hiring for a Loan IQ Support Team member. You will be part of a feature team, supporting the Loan IQ application used by Structured Finance, and contributing to IT production quality and user satisfaction.

Join a multicultural team, performing 1st line support, incident resolution, and continuous improvement. Hybrid office setup in central Warsaw with collaboration across France and India.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in back or middle office in structured finance.
• Strong knowledge of Loan IQ.
• Fluency in English, Polish or French will be a plus.
• Customer service oriented continuous improvement mindset.
• Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills.
• Interpersonal skills and Team player.
• Good communication skills and collaboration with colleagues from different backgrounds.
• Relational database & SQL querying knowledge or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support back office and middle office teams as a first-line help desk for Loan IQ incidents and requests.
• Inform end users about incidents and resolutions.
• Identify recurring functional issues and propose permanent solutions.
• Develop documentation and contribute to a knowledge base of best practices.
• Perform release quality checks.
• Prepare reports for operations teams using SQL.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Liaise with clients to investigate incidents.
