You will support back/middle office teams, document processes, and collaborate with global peers to deliver timely incident resolution and knowledge sharing. Fluency in English is required; Polish or French is a plus.

• Strong knowledge of Loan IQ.
• Fluency in English, Polish or French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support back/middle office as 1st line of support for Loan IQ incidents and requests.
• Inform end users about incidents and resolutions.
• Identify recurring issues and propose permanent solutions.
• Develop documentation and contribute to knowledge base.
• Perform release quality checks and prepare operation reports with SQL.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Liaise with clients to investigate incidents.
