Job summary

Pragmatike is seeking a Lifecycle & CRM Specialist to build and optimize customer communication strategies across the entire user journey. You will own lifecycle programs, automate flows across email, in-app messaging, and push, and collaborate with product and data teams to drive activation, retention, and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage lifecycle programs for onboarding, activation, conversion, renewals, and win-back campaigns.
• Build automated email journeys and personalized flows across the customer lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities to convert free users to paying subscribers through targeted messaging and offers.
• Create re-engagement campaigns to reactivate inactive users and segments.
• Create audience segments from behavioral, product, and subscription data.
• Collaborate with product and marketing to optimize in-app messaging and push notifications.
• Design and run A/B tests to optimize messaging, timing, offers, and channels.
• Monitor campaign performance, deliverability, and engagement metrics.
• Analyze results and link lifecycle initiatives to revenue and retention outcomes.
• Ensure privacy compliance in all communication strategies.
