Job summary

Trade Nation, a regulated trading platform, is seeking a CRM Marketing Specialist to drive lifecycle programs across sign-up, KYC, first deposit, and ongoing trading activity. You will design, deploy, and optimise communications across email, push, and other channels to activate and retain customers.

Join a team collaborating with Lifecycle, Product, Data, Sales and Compliance to ensure timely, compliant messaging and accurate performance tracking.

Qualifications

• Hands-on CRM and marketing automation experience.
• Strong knowledge of lifecycle campaigns and journey logic.
• Familiarity with triggers, segmentation and onboarding flows.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns with tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute lifecycle campaigns across activation, retention and reactivation stages.
• Implement customer journeys and workflows in HubSpot including triggers, segmentation and automation.
• Support onboarding, activation, retention and re-engagement programmes.
• Maintain CRM campaign calendars, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and to brief.
• Ensure campaigns meet compliance requirements, including disclosures and approvals.
• Adapt messaging to various regulatory environments and jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with Data to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
• Monitor performance and iterate campaigns for optimization.
• Coordinate messaging and contact rules with Sales and Lifecycle teams.
