Job summary

Secret Escapes in Warsaw is seeking a CRM Executive to design, build and optimize automated, multi-channel journeys (email, push, in-app) to drive engagement, retention and revenue. You’ll translate strategies into scalable flows and test performance using AI tools to improve lifecycle campaigns.

Day-to-day you will analyse campaigns, create complex journeys triggered by real-time data, and develop dynamic segments while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in CRM or marketing automation.
• Experience designing, building and optimizing automated customer journeys.
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Analyse high-quality email and multi-channel campaigns.
• Design, build and deploy automated journeys (email, push, in-app) triggered by real-time data.
• Develop complex logical flows with conditional branches and dynamic content.
• Create and manage dynamic audience segments and exclusion rules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on promotional plans.
• Audit lifecycle performance and optimize campaigns for customer lifetime value.
