Job summary

Scania seeks a Learning Support Specialist to deliver high-quality learning support services across its European operations. You will assist learners, managers and instructors, manage content publishing, and coordinate classroom and virtual training while ensuring access management and GDPR compliance.

You will work with L&D, HR, IT and Finance to resolve operational issues and enhance the learner experience in a dynamic international environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Learning Administration, HR Operations or Shared Services.
• Experience supporting LMS administration and reporting.
• Understanding of learning operations processes.

Responsibilities

• Process learning-related requests and inquiries.
• Publish and maintain learning content.
• Coordinate classroom and virtual training.
• Collaborate with instructors and vendors.
• Support scheduling and learner communications.
