Qualifications

• Experience in Learning Administration, HR Operations or Shared Services.
• Experience supporting LMS administration and reporting.
• Understanding of learning operations processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide learner support and case management for learning inquiries.
• Support publishing and maintenance of learning content and LMS courses.
• Assist with learning cost reporting and invoice processing activities.
