CD Projekt is seeking a Junior Learning & Development Operations Specialist to support the Learning & Development team in a 1-year contract. The role focuses on administrative and operational tasks, ensuring smooth delivery of learning initiatives across the studio in a hybrid Warsaw office.

You will manage data, coordinate trainings, support onboarding, and collaborate with vendors while developing within the L&D area. English proficiency is essential for cross-team communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in an office/administrative/HR/event coordination role is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office and/or Google Workspace is expected.
• Very good command of English (C1) is required.
• Willingness to learn and develop within Learning & Development.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and organizational support to the Learning & Development team, including processing invoices.
• Enter and update data in L&D trackers and prepare summaries, reports, and presentations.
• Coordinate onsite and online trainings, including room bookings, catering, and materials.
• Assist with onboarding and other L&D processes and initiatives.
• Support collaboration with external vendors and contracts; collect vendor offers and documentation.
