Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator to join our Kraków team in a hybrid role (one day a week in the office at Opolska 112).

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of administrative HR experience, strong English and German communication at C1, and hands-on LMS knowledge. You will support the Germany & Austria market, coordinating training programs and maintaining records.

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in an administrative HR area; L&D experience is a plus.
Fluency in English and German (C1) required; able to collaborate across international teams.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; reporting and data analysis experience.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and administer learning and development programs across leadership, professional skills, language, and onboarding training.
Manage LMS (course creation, user admin, training records) and keep documentation up to date.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to plan, schedule, and organize training initiatives.
Organize training logistics: participant registration, communication, hotel and meeting room bookings.
Monitor training effectiveness and prepare reports, dashboards, and audit-related documentation.
Handle apprenticeship, onboarding, and talent development support while addressing employee inquiries.
