Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator to join our Kraków team in a hybrid role (one day a week in the office at Opolska 112).

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of administrative HR experience, strong English and German communication at C1, and hands-on LMS knowledge. You will support the Germany & Austria market, coordinating training programs and maintaining records.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in an administrative HR area; L&D experience is a plus.
• Fluency in English and German (C1) required; able to collaborate across international teams.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; reporting and data analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer learning and development programs across leadership, professional skills, language, and onboarding training.
• Manage LMS (course creation, user admin, training records) and keep documentation up to date.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to plan, schedule, and organize training initiatives.
• Organize training logistics: participant registration, communication, hotel and meeting room bookings.
• Monitor training effectiveness and prepare reports, dashboards, and audit-related documentation.
• Handle apprenticeship, onboarding, and talent development support while addressing employee inquiries.
