Job summary

DCG Poland is looking for a Program Analyst – Leadership Development to support Program Managers with updates, materials, scheduling, and data reporting. You will help maintain facilitator guides, dashboards, and LMS records, and coordinate internal faculty and external speakers.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in Learning & Development or related areas, strong MS Office skills, experience with LMS, and fluent written and spoken English in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of professional experience in Learning & Development, HR, Talent Management, or related area.
• Hands‑on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and supporting or administering learning programs.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) including basic formulas, PivotTables, charts, data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support Program Managers with updates, formatting, version control, and maintenance of presentations, facilitator guides, digital resources, and other program materials.
• Ensure learning materials remain aligned with internal leadership principles, policies, and branding standards.
• Support program evaluation by administering surveys, collecting participant feedback, and compiling program performance data.
• Prepare clear data summaries, dashboards, charts, and reports highlighting program outcomes, trends, and key insights.
• Coordinate internal faculty members and external speakers, including scheduling, preparation sessions, and distributing facilitator materials.
• Support speakers and facilitators with logistical and organizational requirements before and during program delivery.
• Draft and distribute participant communications including invitations, pre-work, reminders, follow-ups, and post-program materials.
• Maintain participant lists and other program-related documentation.
• Support vendor administration, including invoice processing, PO tracking, vendor onboarding, budget monitoring, and expense reconciliation.
• Maintain project documentation, track action items, update timelines, and monitor deliverables to ensure activities stay on schedule.
• Support LMS administration for leadership programs, including course information, registrations, completion status, and access issues.
