Training Qualifications UK is seeking a dynamic Learning & Development Lead to drive development and delivery of learning programmes. Hybrid/Remote working with focus on coaching managers and enhancing staff development across the company.

You will lead LMS activities, develop initiatives such as succession planning and mentoring, and collaborate with the L&D Manager to embed core practices and values. This role requires a proactive self-starter with strong training experience.

Qualificações

• Minimum of three years’ experience in a similar role.
• End-to-end training development and implementation experience.
• Proven experience introducing new training programmes.
• CIPD level 5+ or equivalent desirable.
• Experience using dynamic training tools and LMS platforms.
• Coaching qualification such as ICF or equivalent.
• Experience with psychometric profiling tools (Insights, Belbin, etc).
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional organisation and prioritisation skills.
• Ideally some project management experience.
• Ability to work autonomously.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development of company-wide training and coach managers across the business.
• Deliver company-wide training and ensure effective delivery of departmental training.
• Support induction programme design, delivery and review.
• Lead development of programmes such as Management and High Potential.
• Support managers with Training Matrix initiatives.
• Coordinate scheduling and evaluation of training effectiveness.
• Develop tools for career planning and succession planning.
• Provide coaching sessions for managers and employees in High Potential Programme.
• Manage LMS day-to-day and generate reports.
• Support engagement initiatives and ensure training records are accurate.
