Job summary

INFUSE is seeking a strategic and growth-oriented Team Lead, Learning and Development to join a fast-paced, global team. You will lead coordination of instructional design projects, manage approvals, and drive collaboration with stakeholders across departments.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in mid-/senior ID roles, 1+ year in team coordination or PM, strong AI literacy, and impeccable English. The role offers dynamic growth, cutting-edge e-learning tools, and global impact.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of mid-/senior-level ID role experience or similar in L&D.
• 1+ year experience in team coordination, leadership, or project management in learning or related fields.
• Impeccable English oral and writing skills.
• Strong AI literacy with experience creating custom GPTs is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan learning design projects with instructional designers, ensuring timelines and deliverables.
• Translate plans into clear tasks and assign responsibilities.
• Be the main point of contact for other teams and stakeholders.
• Organize and track project approvals and reviews.
• Support people management, balance workloads, and escalate bottlenecks.
• Develop and manage a few own e-learning projects.
• Support broader communication efforts for training launches.
• Contribute to process improvements for INFUSE Academy operations.
