ERGO Technology & Services S.A. seeks an experienced Learning & Development consultant to assist in designing and evolving group-wide learning strategies. You will align learning initiatives with HR and business structures and contribute to governance across regions.

The role requires coordination across countries, strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to translate complex needs into scalable learning offerings. An international, intercultural mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Economics or Social Sciences or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of consulting experience advising senior stakeholders.
• Fluent in English (C1) and able to work across countries.

Responsibilities

• Assist design and development of group-wide learning and development strategies.
• Provide input to align learning with HR and business structures.
• Support governance across regions and entities.
• Collaborate to translate local needs into scalable learning offerings.
• Assist measurement of learning activities and outcomes.
