You will work in a hybrid model, liaising with stakeholders across countries to improve processes and adopt new digital solutions while growing within a global HR organization.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and Czech at C1 level, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate global People Development and Learning activities, scheduling and logistics.
• Maintain records, documents, systems, and reports for HR operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across regions to support process improvements.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and introduce automation.
• Support testing and rollout of new HR tools and digital solutions.
