Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of professional experience in Learning & Development, HR, Talent Management, or related area.
  • Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and supporting or administering learning programs.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, including basic formulas, PivotTables, charts, and data reporting.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for participant and stakeholder communications.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented approach with collaboration and customer-service skills.
  • Familiarity with MS Teams, Zoom, and project management or tracking tools.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

  • Support program development and maintenance of presentations, facilitator guides, and digital resources.
  • Coordinate internal faculty and external speakers, including scheduling prep sessions.
  • Draft and distribute participant communications and maintain participant lists.
  • Assist with vendor administration, invoices, POs, and budget monitoring.
  • Maintain project documentation, track action items, and monitor deliverables.

Job description

  • Support Program Managers with updates, formatting, version control, and maintenance of presentations, facilitator guides, digital resources, and other program materials
  • Ensure learning materials remain aligned with internal leadership principles, internal policies, and branding standards
  • Support program evaluation by administering surveys, collecting participant feedback, and compiling program performance data
  • Prepare clear data summaries, dashboards, charts, and reports highlighting program outcomes, trends, and key insights
  • Coordinate internal faculty members and external speakers, including scheduling preparation sessions and distributing facilitator materials
  • Support speakers and facilitators with logistical and organizational requirements before and during program delivery
  • Draft and distribute participant communications including invitations, pre-work, reminders, follow-ups, and post-program materials
  • Maintain participant lists and other program-related documentation
  • Support vendor administration including invoice processing, purchase order tracking, vendor onboarding, budget monitoring, and expense reconciliation
  • Maintain project documentation, track action items, update timelines, and monitor deliverables to ensure activities remain on schedule
  • Support administration of leadership programs within the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Create and maintain course information, manage registrations, monitor completion status, and support resolution of user access issues
Requirements
  • 2–5 years of professional experience in Learning & Development, Human Resources, Talent Management, Project Coordination, or a related area
  • Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and supporting or administering learning programs
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, including basic formulas, PivotTables, charts, and data reporting
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accuracy, and meet deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear and professional participant and stakeholder communications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
