Job summary

Valeo in Czechowice-Dziedzice, Poland, seeks a Validation Leader to head a team of ~8 engineers and define the test strategy for LV products, aligned with customer and company standards. You will create and manage the Design Validation Plan, oversee test preparation and execution, perform data analysis and MSAs, maintain lab equipment, and support international project teams.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Engineer’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Automation, or similar.
• Minimum 3 years of testing/validation experience in automotive (preferred).
• Solid understanding of Electro-Mechanical and Hydraulic principles and sensors (pressure, force, displacement).
• Experience leading a small team and coordinating with international project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a validation team (~8 people) and define the test strategy for LV products.
• Create and manage the Design Validation Plan (DVP) and estimate validation costs/schedules.
• Oversee validation test preparation, execution, data analysis, MSA, and official reports.
• Develop and maintain laboratory test equipment and ensure safety/regulatory compliance.
