Valeo Czechowice-Dziedzice is seeking an Engineering Disciplines Manager of Test & Validation to lead a validation team, plan DV plans, and ensure tests meet customer and internal standards for LV products. This role emphasizes leadership, data-driven decisions, and cross-functional collaboration in a high-tech automotive setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Engineer’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Automation, or similar.
• Minimum 3 years in testing/validation, automotive sector preferred.
• Solid understanding of electro-mechanical and hydraulic principles.
• Familiarity with CAN/LIN and data analysis PC tools.
• Strong leadership, organization, and proactive lab priority management.
• Fluent English and Polish, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead a validation team of ~8 people and define test strategy.
• Create and manage Design Validation Plan (DVP) and estimate costs.
• Oversee validation test execution, data analysis, MSA, and reports.
• Develop and maintain laboratory test equipment and safety compliance.
• Drive technical problem-solving for products and equipment.
• Collaborate with international project teams on risk analyses and improvements.
