Job summary
Valeo plant in Czechowice-Dziedzice is seeking a System Validation Engineer to lead launches of Smart Actuators & Powertrain Systems. You will develop and manage integration test scripts, perform functional and non-functional validation, and support project teams across disciplines.
The role requires an engineering degree with 3+ years in automotive/system engineering, experience with CAN/LIN, CAPL and Python, and tools like LabVIEW/DOORS/CodeBeamer. English & Polish fluency are essential.
Qualifications
- Engineering degree in a relevant field (Mechatronics/Electronics).
- Minimum 3+ years in automotive/industrial system engineering.
- Experience with CAN/LIN protocols and Vector tools (CANoe/CANalyzer/CANape).
- Proficiency in CAPL and Python; English and Polish language skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead the launch of Smart Actuators & Powertrain System (eMotors, inverters, reducers, PLA).
- Develop and manage Integration Test Scripts (functional & non-functional).
- Serve as System Validation Engineer for the team and support project members.
- Perform full validation/verification and participate in bug analysis/fixing.
- Shape R&D System Engineering Methodology according to ISO 26262 / A-Spice standards.
