Job summary

Valeo is expanding its R&D activities at the Czechowice site and is seeking a Test and Validation Engineer. You will oversee the full lifecycle of testing and validation from preparation to reporting, supporting the growth of our testing capabilities focused on Low Voltage Electromechanical Actuators (eMA).

Responsibilities include planning, failure analysis, part examinations, and coordinating test benches, with hands-on support for prototype testing and lab operations.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in electromechanical systems and signal acquisition.
• Analytical thinking to troubleshoot complex failures and propose solutions.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple test schedules.
• Clear communication of technical results in project and customer settings.

Responsibilities

• Participate in test planning and execute testing accordingly.
• Conduct failure analysis and provide clear conclusions.
• Perform expert part examinations to identify mechanical failures.
• Participate in project reviews and technical meetings.
• Support prototype assembly and testing activities as required.
