At the Valeo plant in Czechowice-Dziedzice, we manufacture powertrain systems that support fuel consumption reduction and lower emissions—including starters, air throttles, exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) valves, electromechanical actuators, and innovative electric drives. **Key Responsibilities:*** **Team & Strategy Leadership:** Lead a validation team (~8 people) and define the test strategy for LV products (hydraulic smart actuators) based on customer and company standards.* **Validation Planning:** Create and manage the Design Validation Plan (DVP), and estimate validation costs and schedules in cooperation with the project team.* **Testing Execution:** Oversee the preparation and execution of validation tests, data analysis, Measurement System Analysis (MSA), and official test reports.* **Equipment Management:** Develop, validate, and maintain laboratory test equipment to ensure compliance with technical requirements and safety regulations.* **Problem Solving:** Drive technical problem-solving for both the tested products and laboratory equipment.* **Project Support:** Collaborate with international project teams, supporting them with risk analysis, compatibility matrices, and continuous improvement processes. **Requirements:*** **Education & Experience:** Master’s or Engineer’s degree (Electrical, Mechanical, Automation, or similar) with a minimum of 3 years of experience in testing/validation (automotive sector preferred).* **Technical Expertise:** Solid understanding of Electro-Mechanical and Hydraulic principles, measurement electronics, and sensors (pressure, force, displacement).* **Systems Knowledge:** Familiarity with communication protocols (e.g., CAN, LIN) and proficiency in PC applications used for data analysis.* **Leadership & Organization:** Strong self-management skills, ability to lead a team, and a proactive approach to managing laboratory priorities.* **Soft Skills:** Highly communicative, creative, and supportive mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.* **Languages:** Proficiency in both English and Polish (written and verbal) is required to work effectively in an international environment. **We Offer:*** Employment in an international automotive company with high work standards and an innovative environment.* **Benefits:** + Private medical care (Medicover). + Access to the Medicover Benefit platform (sports, culture, shopping). + Additional health and life insurance. + On-site canteen and social benefits.* Development opportunities through participation in internal and external training.* The chance to have a real impact on the development of modern automotive technologies and road safety. **Job:**Engineering Disciplines Management**Organization:**Test & Validation**Schedule:**Full time**Employee Status:**Regular**Job Type:**Permanent contract**Job Posting Date:**2026-09-21
