Job summary

Valeo is seeking a Test & Validation Engineer for Mechatronics Systems at its Czechowice-Dziedzice plant. You will develop and perform validation tests for hydraulic products, build and improve benches, and manage measurement systems in collaboration with international teams.

The role requires a degree in Automation, Mechanical, or Electrical engineering with at least 2 years in a similar automotive function.

Qualifications

• Degree in Automation, Mechanical, Electrical or similar.
• Min. 2 years in a similar automotive role.
• Strong knowledge of mechatronics systems and measurement hardware.
• Good English and Polish (working with international teams).
• Nice to have: CAN/LIN protocols, LabVIEW, CANoe/CANape, Python/C.

Responsibilities

• Testing & Analysis: Develop andperform validation tests for hydraulic products and analyze results according to lab standards.
• Bench development: Develop and improve benches for validation tests.
• Measurement Systems: Perform MSA and manage sensors for data collection
• Equipment Oversight: Validate laboratory equipment and ensure it meets technical and safety requirements.
• Problem Solving: Resolve equipment and product issues, supporting continuous improvement in the lab.
• Reporting & Collaboration: Prepare technical reports and cooperate with project teams to meet customer requirements.
