Job summary

ALTEN Polska is seeking a skilled architect to drive Copilot Studio and Power Platform initiatives across the organization in Warsaw. The role focuses on enabling adoption, governance, and scalable AI-powered solutions for business teams.

You will coach developers and business users, design reusable templates, and guide integration patterns and security considerations for AI-driven platforms.

Qualifications

• Deep technical knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem, with proven experience in Power Platform solution development and architecture.
• Ability to design reusable Copilot Studio templates and solution accelerators.
• Experience coaching developers, business users, and technical teams on Copilot Studio and Power Platform capabilities.
• Strong skills in facilitating workshops and adoption activities.
• Knowledge of governance, integration patterns, and security in AI-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drive the adoption, enablement, standardization, and advisory services for Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform capabilities across the organization.
• Support business and technical stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of AI agent initiatives, from ideation and solution design to implementation readiness.
• Provide hands-on guidance through governance best practices, reusable assets, and the development of value-adding business solutions.
• Collaborate closely with business teams to ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor for stakeholders exploring Copilot Studio AI agent solutions and automation opportunities.
• Guide teams from the idea stage to implementation-ready solution concepts, ensuring feasibility, governance, and integration alignment.
• Promote best practices for scalable and maintainable Copilot Studio implementations.
• Provide practical guidance for designing and building Copilot Studio solutions and Power Platform components.
• Advise teams on connector usage, integration patterns, authentication, security, data source selection, and environment strategy.

WHAT DO WE REQUIRE?
