Job summary

EY in Poland is seeking a skilled Copilot Studio Developer to join a versatile technology team delivering automation and AI-driven solutions across EMEIA and beyond. You will design, build, test, and deploy low-code automations using Copilot Studio and Power Platform.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, translate business needs into technical specs, and continuously learn the latest Copilot Studio and Azure AI capabilities. Hybrid work: 2 days in office, 3 days remote.

Qualifications

• Proven experience implementing Power Platform solutions (Canvas Apps, Model Driven Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate).
• Proven experience creating agents in Copilot Studio.
• Proven track record integrating Power Platform with enterprise systems via REST APIs, Azure Functions or Logic Apps.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specs and manage projects independently.
• Excellent English communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Copilot Studio Developer

A senior developer role within a versatile technology team located in Poland, delivering consulting services to major market players in the EMEIA region and worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy automations and transform business processes using Power Platform stack.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy Power Apps tools.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy agentic solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, focusing on low‑code approaches.
• Integrate Copilot Studio solutions with various business systems, leveraging the Power Platform and other relevant technologies.
• Provide support and maintenance to existing automations and applications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs, identify opportunities for AI‑powered automation, and translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest advancements in Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and related AI technologies.

Skills and Attributes for Success

Experienced individuals with RPA and/or Power Platform skills, ready to further develop their technical and consulting skills across a variety of business processes, who are able to work independently but also as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in implementing Power Platform solutions using Canvas Apps, Model Driven Apps, Power Pages (Portal), Power Automate.
• Proven experience in creating agents in Copilot Studio.
• Proven track record integrating Power Platform solutions with enterprise systems via REST APIs, Azure Functions, or Logic Apps.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specs and manage projects independently.
• Excellent communication skills in English; comfortable engaging both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Ideal

• Experience in using Autogen or Microsoft Agent Framework.
• Experience with .Net framework.
• Solid scripting or coding in JavaScript or C# for custom connectors and UI tweaks.
• SQL Server or Azure SQL schema design and performance tuning.
• Power Platform or Azure AI certification (PL-200 / AI-102 or similar).
• Experience facilitating technical workshops or hackathons.
