Job summary

ALTEN Polska in Kraków is seeking a Laboratory Test Technician to support electrical and mechanical testing in accordance with customer requirements and international standards.

You will prepare test samples, analyze results, maintain documentation and ensure proper storage, handling and labeling of specimens while keeping facilities organized and compliant with safety and quality standards. This role offers stable, long-term cooperation within ALTEN’s European engineering & IT services network.

Qualifications

• Technical education (minimum secondary level) in electrical engineering, technical physics, mechanical engineering, materials science or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Basic knowledge of electrical and non-electrical metrology.
• Basic English language skills.
• Strong teamwork, attention to detail, accuracy, reliability and conscientiousness.

Responsibilities

• Preparing test samples and conducting tests in accordance with customer requirements and international standards.
• Analyzing test results and preparing test reports.
• Ensuring proper storage, handling and labeling of test samples.
• Maintaining technical documentation and overseeing testing and measurement equipment.
• Keeping laboratory facilities and test workstations organized and compliant with safety and quality standards.
• Ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks in line with the corporate quality management system.
