Alfa Laval Mid Europe GmbH in Kraków is seeking a PtP Specialist to manage accurate supplier invoice processing and payments for the Polish entity. You will support the full Procure-to-Pay cycle, including PO/Non-PO invoices, coding, three-way matching, and bank statement postings.

You will collaborate with local finance, suppliers and stakeholders to resolve queries, ensure Polish tax and legal conformity, and maintain high-quality financial data. Prior experience in Accounts Payable is valued.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; practical experience considered.
• Experience with Accounts Payable and Procure-to-Pay processes.

Aufgaben

• Process supplier invoices (PO and non-PO) and postings.
• Perform invoice coding and three-way matching.
• Ensure VAT and Polish tax compliance for invoices.
