FUJIFILM Holdings Corporation in Poland is seeking an Accounts Receivable specialist to ensure timely processing of payments and all receivables activities in line with quality standards.

You will manage the Order-to-Cash cycle, invoicing, dunning, SAP-based ERP work, bank reconciliations and KPIs, while collaborating with customers and partners. Proactive problem-solving, strong Excel and English skills are required; Italian is a plus.

Competenze

• Good understanding of Order to Cash process.
• Relevant experience in accounting, especially accounts receivable.
• English language level for business communication; Italian would be an asset.
• Strong command of Excel.
• Experience in working with an ERP system (SAP).
• Proactive problem solving attitude with accuracy and detail.
• Ability to establish priorities and cross-team cooperation.

Mansioni

• Process bank statements - allocating and clarifying payments.
• Dunning process of all overdue items and customer communications.
• Securing on-time customer payments and providing documents.
• Direct debits process maintenance.
• Checking, creating and issuing invoices, credit notes and financial documents.
• Bank reconciliation and reporting.
• Maintaining relationship with customers and business partners.
• Facilitating identification and resolution of customer disputes.
